Preparing the Next Generation for the Future of Work and Innovation:
A 10-Week Hybrid, Intensive and High-Impact Learning Experience Powered by JBC Socio-Economic Summit 2025
This year's program starts with a 3-Day Workshop that introduces participants to the possibilities of tech-driven careers. Afterwards, 40 outstanding youths will be selected for a 10-week Hybrid Bootcamp in partnership with GoMyCode, one of Africa's leading digital academies.By the time of the Summit on November 21, 2025, participants will already be immersed in their Bootcamp journey.

The Bootcamp Journey
From application to graduation - your transformation pathway
Application & Selection
OPEN NOWAspiring participants will go through a transparent application process, after which the most promising and motivated candidates will be shortlisted based on predefined criteria.
Acceptance & Onboarding
Selected applicants will receive official acceptance notifications and undergo a structured pre-bootcamp onboarding to prepare them for the experience ahead.
3-Day Digital Workshop
Participants will be taken through 3 days of awareness and hands-on exposure to emerging digital skills like Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Design Thinking, including orientation on Career Pathways in Tech, and Entrepreneurial Applications of Digital Skills.
The 10-Week Bootcamp Experience
Participants will engage in intensive, hands-on training sessions led by seasoned instructors, with modules covering Cybersecurity & Data Analytics. The bootcamp will be delivered through the hybrid format - a virtual/onsite mix.
Graduation & Alumni Network Launch
On completion, participants will be awarded globally-recognised certificates to support their growth. Graduates will then be formally inducted into the Future-Ready Youth Alumni Network.
Who Can Apply?
The Future-Ready Youth Digital Bootcamp is open to vibrant, driven young people who meet the following criteria:
Age Range
18 to 30 years old
Location
Must reside in South-Western states: Oyo, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Ondo, or Ekiti
Background
• Final-year students of tertiary institutions in South-West
• Fresh graduates and NYSC members in South-West
• Early-career professionals, young entrepreneurs & digital creatives
